في عدن، المدينة التي أضاءت مصابيحها قبل لندن وقبل القاهرة، هناك عرش آخر يُبنى كل ليلة.. اسمه "عرش الظلام". عرش قوائمه: انقطاع الكهرباء، الحر القاتل، العطش، والجوع. وجالس عليه صمتٌ ثقيل يقتل الناس ببطء.
هذا المقال ليس مناشدة. هذا توثيق لجريمة إنسانية تحدث على الهواء مباشرة، ونداء أخير قبل أن ينهار كل شيء.
قاعة العرش.. الشارع
ادخل أي شارع في المعلا أو كريتر اوالشيخ عثمان الساعة 2 ليلاً في يونيو. ستجد "قاعة العرش" مفتوحة للجميع:
- طفل رضيع يبكي من الحر ولا يجد صدر أمه برداً.
- شيخ بعكاز يفترش كرتونة، يمسح عرق الموت من جبينه.
- أم تهز طفلها المريض على الرصيف، تدعي له بالنجاة حتى الصباح.
هذه "ثورة الفرش" يا سادة. عندما يصبح الرصيف غرفة نوم والسماء سقفاً، اعلموا أن الدولة كلها قد سقطت، ولم يبق إلا الشعب يواجه مصيره وحده.
كيف تُقتل مدينة؟
عرش الظلام هذا قائم على 4 أركان، كل ركن منها كفيل بإسقاط أي حكم:
الركن الأول: القتل بالحرارة - الكهرباء سلاح ذو حدين
10 إلى 14 ساعة انقطاع يومياً في عز الصيف. هذا ليس عجزاً فنياً، هذا حكم إعدام بطيء.
الحرارة 38° + رطوبة 80% + شقة مغلقة = غرفة غاز. كبار السن يموتون بالسكتة، مرضى الكلى تموت كليتهم مع توقف الغسيل، والأطفال الرضع يصابون بالجفاف الحاد.
في المستشفيات، المولد يشتغل 4 ساعات ويطفي 10.. يعني المريض على جهاز التنفس يلعب "يانصيب الموت" كل ساعة.
الركن الثاني: القتل بالعطش - مفارقة البحر
مدينة على البحر يموت أهلها عطشاً. مضخات المياه لا تعمل بدون كهرباء. فتُباع بوزة الماء 1000 لتر بـ 12 ألف ريال. راتب الموظف 60 ألف.. يعني ربع راتبه يروح "ماء شرب". أي عقل يقبل أن أغلى شيء في مدينة ساحلية هو قطرة الماء؟
الركن الثالث: القتل بالجوع - رواتب تتبخر
الراتب يتأخر 4 شهور، وإذا نزل يتبخر في أسبوع بسبب انهيار العملة. كيس الدقيق بـ 20 ألف، علبة الحليب بـ 8 آلاف. النتيجة: أسر كاملة تعيش على "خبز وشاي" إن وجد أصلاً. وطفل في الصف الثالث يقول لأمه "يا أمي بطني توجعني" فتجيبه "اصبر يا ولدي، الجوع كافر".
الركن الرابع: القتل باليأس - وعود بلا أفعال
أخطر ركن في العرش. البيانات والخطابات واللجان والوعود.. كلها تصدر، لكن الكهرباء لا تعود. المواطن لم يعد يسمع. المواطن يريد "لمبة تولع ومروحة تدور". كل وعد كاذب هو مسمار جديد في نعش الثقة بين الشعب ودولته.
المعلا كشفت العورة
يوم افترش شباب المعلا الشارع، حدثت معجزة في نفس الليلة: الكهرباء رجعت للحي، وإنارة الشارع "الخط الساخن" انطفأت.
هذه اللحظة هزت "عرش الظلام" كله وكشفت 3 حقائق مدوية:
1. الكذبة الأولى سقطت: "مافي وقود". الوقود موجود، لكنه يُحرق في إنارة شوارع فارغة فجراً.
2. الكذبة الثانية سقطت: "مافي ميغاوات". الميغاوات موجودة، لكنها تُوزع ظلماً. بيت المسن طافي، وشارع فاضي منور.
3. الحقيقة ظهرت: المشكلة ليست تقنية ولا مالية.. المشكلة "إرادة وعدالة". ومن لا يملك إرادة لإنقاذ شعبه من الحر، كيف سيملك إرادة لبناء وطن؟
إلى من يجلسون على كراسي القرار: رسالة من تحت العرش
يا من تقلدتم الأمانة.. اسمعوا من أخيكم:
1. الكرسي أمانة، مش تشريف
قال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه : "لو أن بغلة عثرت في العراق، لخشيت أن يسألني الله عنها: لِمَ لَمْ تُمَهّد لها الطريق يا عمر؟". فما بالكم بشعب كامل يفترش الشارع ويموت من الحر؟ الأمانة ثقيلة، والحساب عسير. "كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته".
2. الدولة تُقاس بالخبز واللمبة، مش بالقصور
أي حكومة في التاريخ سقطت عندما عجزت عن توفير "رغيف وماء ونوم آمن" لشعبها. الشعوب تصبر على الحرب، لكنها لا تصبر على الإذلال اليومي. الكهرباء والماء والراتب والدواء.. هذا هو العقد بينكم وبيننا. من نقض العقد، سقطت شرعيته في قلوب الناس قبل أي مكان آخر.
3. الصمت لم يعد خياراً، والتبرير لم يعد ينفع
سنين من البيانات. سنين من "قريباً" و"قيد الدراسة" و"الظروف". والنتيجة؟ جنائز كل يوم، وأطفال بلا مستقبل، ومدينة تموت. الناس تعبت من الاستماع.. تريد أن ترى. فعل واحد صادق يمسح 100 خطاب كاذب.
الإنذار الأخير: عدن لا تطلب صدقة، تطلب حقها
يا كل ضمير حي، يا كل من بقي في قلبه ذرة خوف من الله..
عدن لا تمد يدها للتسول. عدن تطالب بحقوقها المقدسة التي كفلها الدين والقانون والإنسانية:
1. كهرباء عادلة ومستدامة: جدول واضح، وقود كافٍ، وتوزيع عادل. بيوت الناس أولى من إنارة الإسفلت.
2. رواتب منتظمة: كرامة الموظف خط أحمر. الجوع يذل، والراتب المتأخر يقتل.
3. ماء ودواء وغذاء: سلة حياة أساسية مدعومة. لا يمكن بناء وطن على معدة خاوية.
4. شفافية ومحاسبة: أعلنوا للناس أين تذهب الميغاوات، وأين يذهب الوقود، ومن المسؤول عن كل ساعة ظلام.
العرش سيسقط إن لم يسقط الظلام
يا سادة، التاريخ لا يرحم. كل عرش بُني على أنين المظلومين، سقط في النهاية. وكل مسؤول ظن أن الكرسي دائم، وجده قبراً.
الشعب الصابر في عدن صبر على الحرب والحصار والدمار. لكن صبره على الظلم اليومي له حدود. واليوم دنيا وغداً آخرة. ودعوة المظلوم ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب.
إما أن تعودوا إلى شعبكم وتحملوا الأمانة كما أمر الله، أو سيأتي يوم تجدون فيه الشوارع خالية منكم، ممتلئة بالناس.. لكن هذه المرة ليس للنوم، بل لسؤال واحد: "أين كنتم عندما كنا نموت؟"
الكهرباء حق. الحياة حق. الكرامة حق.
ومن يملك قرار قطع الكهرباء، يملك قرار إعادتها. والخيار لكم.. والتاريخ يكتب.
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل. والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون.

"The Throne of Darkness": How Aden Was Transformed from the City of Light into a Graveyard for Human Dignity

The Throne Room... The Street
Walk into any street in Al-Mualla, Crater, or Sheikh Othman at 2 AM in June. You will find the "Throne Room" open to all:
- An infant crying from the heat, finding no coolness in his mother's chest.
- An old man with a cane lying on cardboard, wiping the sweat of death from his forehead.
- A mother rocking her sick child on the sidewalk, praying for his survival until morning.
This is the "Mattress Revolution", gentlemen. When the sidewalk becomes a bedroom and the sky becomes a roof, know that the entire state has fallen, and only the people remain to face their fate alone.
How Is a City Killed?
This Throne of Darkness stands on 4 pillars. Each pillar alone is enough to topple any government:
Pillar 1: Killing by Heat - Electricity as a Double-Edged Sword
10 to 14 hours of daily outages in the peak of summer. This is not a technical failure, this is a slow death sentence.
38°C + 80% humidity + closed apartment = gas chamber. The elderly die from strokes, kidney patients' kidneys fail when dialysis stops, and infants suffer severe dehydration.
In hospitals, generators run 4 hours and stop for 10... meaning a patient on a ventilator plays "death roulette" every hour.
Pillar 2: Killing by Thirst - The Paradox of the Sea
A city on the sea where its people die of thirst. Water pumps do not work without electricity. So a 1000-liter water tanker is sold for 12,000 Yemeni Rials. A civil servant's salary is 60,000... meaning a quarter of his salary goes to "drinking water". What mind accepts that the most expensive thing in a coastal city is a drop of water?
Pillar 3: Killing by Hunger - Salaries That Evaporate
Salaries are delayed 4 months, and when paid they evaporate in a week due to currency collapse. A bag of flour costs 20,000 Rials, a box of milk 8,000. The result: entire families live on "bread and tea" if available at all. A 3rd-grade child tells his mother "Mama, my stomach hurts" and she replies "Be patient my son, hunger is an infidel".
Pillar 4: Killing by Despair - Promises Without Action
The most dangerous pillar of the throne. Statements, speeches, committees, and promises... all are issued, but the electricity does not return. The citizen no longer listens. The citizen wants "a light bulb to turn on and a fan to spin". Every false promise is another nail in the coffin of trust between the people and their state.
Al-Mualla Exposed the Naked Truth
The day Al-Mualla youth lay down on the street, a "miracle" happened that same night: electricity returned to the neighborhood, and the "hotline" street lighting was turned off.
This moment shook the entire Throne of Darkness and revealed 3 devastating facts:
1. The First Lie Fell : "There is no fuel". Fuel exists, but it is burned to light empty streets at dawn.
2. The Second Lie Fell : "There are no megawatts". Megawatts exist, but they are distributed unjustly. An elderly man's house is dark, while an empty street is lit.

So what about an entire people lying on the street and dying from heat? The trust is heavy, and the reckoning is severe. "Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock".
2. A State is Measured by Bread and a Light Bulb, Not by Palaces
Any government in history has fallen when it failed to provide its people with "bread, water, and safe sleep". Peoples endure war, but they do not endure daily humiliation. Electricity, water, salary, and medicine... this is the contract between you and us. Whoever breaks the contract, his legitimacy falls in the hearts of the people before anywhere else.
3. Silence is No Longer an Option, and Justifications No Longer Work
Years of statements. Years of "soon" and "under study" and "circumstances". And the result? Funerals every day, children with no future, and a city dying. People are tired of listening... they want to see. One honest action erases 100 false speeches.
Final Warning: Aden Does Not Ask for Charity, It Demands Its Right
O every living conscience, O everyone who still has a particle of fear of God in his heart...
Aden does not extend its hand to beg. Aden demands its sacred rights guaranteed by religion, law, and humanity:
1. Fair and Sustainable Electricity: A clear schedule, sufficient fuel, and fair distribution. People's homes are a priority over lighting asphalt.
2. Regular Salaries: The dignity of the employee is a red line. Hunger humiliates, and delayed salary kills.
3. Water, Medicine, and Food: A basic life basket supported. A nation cannot be built on an empty stomach.
4. Transparency and Accountability: Announce to the people where the megawatts go, where the fuel goes, and who is responsible for every hour of darkness.
The Throne Will Fall If Darkness Does Not Fall
O gentlemen, history is merciless. Every throne built on the groans of the oppressed eventually falls. And every official who thought the chair was permanent found it to be a grave.
The patient people of Aden endured war, siege, and destruction. But their patience with daily injustice has limits. Today is the world, tomorrow is the Hereafter. And the supplication of the oppressed has no barrier between it and God.
Either you return to your people and bear the trust as God commanded, or a day will come when you will find the streets empty of you, full of people... but this time not for sleeping, but for one question: "Where were you when we were dying?"
Electricity is a right. Life is a right. Dignity is a right.
And he who owns the decision to cut electricity owns the decision to restore it. The choice is yours... and history is writing.
Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. And Allah is dominant over His affair, but most people do not know.
